***Update:Owner has been found!***Anyone know whose dog this is??? He was running down hwy 136 by Main Street in Brownville. He is super friendly. He has a rabies tag on and the cord from being tied up was dangling behind him. Need to find his owners. Please share to help find his family! Thx
