Patio cover at lake house...
I have seen projects that Jim Maxwell has done for others. The quality of the projects is why I chose him for the ones I needed. We have had him do numerous jobs at out lake house, which we are very well pleased with. Jim does not cut corners, and uses first quality materials and the finish has been extrememly professional. I recommend him for any projects, and would not hesitate to use him again. K Thomas
Patio Cover.. We want to say that Jim Maxwell Construction built a covered patio on the back of our home and it turned out beautiful. The concrete pad was extended and the posts and roof material were all stained and constructed using cedar. Jim was very creative in formulating a beautiful sunburst design on the east side of the patio, including how the patio roof attached to the existing house together with a decorative board on board edging that lines the perimeter of new roof that looks awesome. The covered portion roof material was perfectly matched with our existing roof complete with 2 outside ceiling fans, floodlight and outlet used to install decorative rope lighting. One of the other creative ideas that Jim came up with was to build a continual bench seat along two sides of the patio using a special composite board material, which turned out fantastic!! We also had storm doors (what a blessing) installed on front and back (patio) doors along with guttering around the entire house. Finally, we had various brickwork and landscaping work done in the front of the house and it looks fantastic!!! The result of the total project is much better looking than we could have imagined. Jim and his crew went above and beyond in providing services that not only met but exceeded our expectations with professionalism, excellent work and craftsmanship. We look forward to enjoying this patio addition for entertaining our family and friends for many years. Thank You and Bless You Jim Maxwell Construction. J Fitzgibbon
