This customer has purchased from me more than once, and this time she didn’t even need to come into the store. She trusted me to know the quality she expects and help choose exactly what she needed.

That kind of trust is something I never take for granted. A mattress is a big purchase, and knowing my customers feel comfortable buying from me without the stress or worry means more than they know.

Apparently there are two kinds of people:

And people who wait so long they start talking to people who aren’t there. 😂
