Ann and Tony are a delightful couple who run a terrific business! When we built our house in Maine ten years ago, they were helpful in every way, from choosing fabrics to color selection to window coverings. Everything they did was done with excellent quality, completed on time, and the pricing was fair and clear. When Ann does an estimate, you can count on her accuracy and she can give you a precise time schedule. That is very important when dealing with builders and all the decisions that have to be made! I feel like Ann and Tony have become more than just vendors, they have become friends. When I am in Brunswick, I always try to stop by for a cheery greeting and a warm hug, even if I do not have any special projects going on.

It is a pleasure to give a testimonial to Ann and Tony D'Alessio, the owners and proprietors of Elegance Interiors. Another feature has been added to their business, known as Nana's Attic- a treasure trove of delights. I have known Ann and Tony for at least ten years since I moved from Long Island, New York, to Maine.From the outset I cconceived of this couple as cultured, very skilled in their profession, and just delightful people to know, When you enter Elegance Interiors you are treated with the utmost courtesy and graciousness possible.Adequate time is given to each client to make their wishes known. There are countless samples of fabrics to choose from, and a wealth of knowledge to be found in researching, ordering, and selecting. The atmosphere is friendly and extremely comfortable, The owners make sure that the item(s) bought are acceptable to the customer, and they come to your home to install shades, etc.for a perfect fit. If there should be a problem of any kind, every effort is made to correct that problem at once. . Everything for sale is carefully researched, catalogued, and priced. Nothing is overlooked in order to make the customers happy and satisfied with their purchases. Over time I have become fast friends with Anne and Tony as well as a client . They put a great deal of effort into their two enterprises and it certainly shows. Everything is carefully chosen and arranged in a manner that reflects charm and appeal to the senses.There are interesting items displayed on the walls and in other places which enhance the atmosphere of pleasing decor. I also find that eveything offered at Elegance Interiors is of high quality and appearance to suit any client.

Soon after I purchased a home on Harpswell Neck in 1997, I stopped into to ELEGANCE INTERIORS to see what might be offered to help with some renovation plans I had in mind. Ann and Tony welcomed me warmly, suggested several local general contractors, and explained their own services in detail. During subsequent years through our most-recent project completed in summer 2014, they’ve provided wholly-satisfactory painting, window treatment, upholstery, wallpaper, and decorating idea services — either personally or by trusted subcontractors with whom they've had successful experience. They’ve often come to my home for onsite inspections, evaluations or installations at our mutual convenience, arriving just as scheduled in advance. On the few occasions where there have been any problems with their suppliers, they’ve been exceptionally diligent to resolve them. Who could ask for anything more?!

Elegance Interiors is a full service firm with exquisite taste in interior design and the ability to deliver quality work on time and within budget. The most significant project I did with them was a massive redecoration of two floors my home. I am not a project manager; they obviously are. Ann and Tony kept me informed and involved me in all key decisions but they handled the job and did it very well. I have also worked with them on smaller projects ranging from installing shades on my sky lights to reupholstering furniture. I recommend them highly.

The first time we had the pleasure of working with Ann and Tony d’Alesio of Elegance Interiors was in 2005 when we moved to Topsham from Virginia. We moved into a brand-new house and contacted Elegance Interiors to get our window treatments. On the advice of the d’Alesios, we decided on white cellular shades for most of the windows. We were very pleased with the care they took to ensure each window was carefully measured to get a perfect fit. And when the shades were installed, it was clear to us that they are expert in their work. The one room where we didn’t have cellulars installed was the dining room, where the d’Alesios installed elegant navy blue Roman shades. Again, fitted to perfection. In November 2013, we moved to our home in Brunswick. With the prior good experience we’d had with Elegance Interiors still in our minds, we contacted them again for window treatments. Once again, they did an excellent job. The cellulars they installed fit perfectly, and the navy blue ones in the dining room are great on the windows and the sliding glass doors. In short, we’d work again with Ann and Tony d’Alesio on whatever decorating job might come up. In fact, I need to talk with Ann about new seat covers for the dining room chairs.
