Antique shop & auction under one roof where we hold monthly live auctions and weekly Facebook auctions. Located in the Valley Village Shopping Center, Buttermilk Farms Antiques & Auction is your quality source of antiques and unique collectibles. Our 10,000 sq ft space is filled with diverse offerings from our dealers. Also included are salvage pieces, an old timey mercantile stocked with locally

sourced dry goods and a walk-in humidor. We also offer consignment for individuals with only a few pieces to sell. Enjoy the family-friendly atmosphere of our live auctions with the excitement of fast-paced sales.

FACEBOOK AUCTION RULES
1.You must be registered to participate. Call 828-366-2215 to register. You only have to register once.
2.You must have a valid CC on file to participate. If there is declined, expired, Hold Call on your CC, it is your responsibility to update.
Your CC is not charged unless you fail to pick up the same week as the auction.
3. Items must be paid for the same week they are purchased.
4. Items must be picked up before the next week's auction unless you have made prior arrangements. We are not a storage facility.
5. Items left over 2 weeks, will be resold with no refund.
6. We are not responsible for items broken, stolen, lost for items left over 2 weeks.
7. If we continue to have issues with your CC or picking items up in time, you will be blocked from participating in the auction
8. If you request shipping, and decline the item once packed, you will be charged a $15 fee.
9. When bids reach $50, a minimum of $5 increments is required.
10. All items go up in a timed auction unless they are BIN.
11. If you cause drama, stir s**t or instigate, you will be blocked.
12. All items go up with a reserve
