Hello lovely! It is entirely possible that one day a very unexpected, very magical seed of intention may be planted on your heart (perhaps it's already there).
I pray that you choose not to ignore it regardless of how strange or "inconvenient" it may feel.
I pray you listen.
I pray you give it light and lots of space for possibility to begin to grow and take shape.
I pray you have enough faith to remember that what is meant for you will always find it's way to you.
Your job is not to ask "how" or "why me?"
Your job is to cultivate, to say YES, to be the conduit that brings it to fruition.
You won't be acting alone.
This "seed" is different.
It is a sacred gift.
You'll feel it.
Be present.
The path will ultimately become very clear.
Enjoy the journey.
Tell others.
Say thank you.
Wishing you bright blessings,
Heather

The ROSEMARY made me do it...
Hello lovely! Have you ever gotten so caught up in human-ing that you forget who you truly are?
It's happened to me on more than one occasion and the nearly sociopathic hormone swings of perimenopause and then menopause do not, not, not help...trust me on this.
The truth is, we all wear too many hats, hear too many opinions that aren't ours and drag around too much ancestral baggage that doesnt belong to us. We spend far too much time comparing ourself to the rest of the world and ultimately, not nearly enough time listening to, or even being able to hear our own heart.
The ironic thing about constantly trying to become a new and improved version of yourself is that it's so much harder than just being YOU. The harder the struggle and push-back, the further away you're moving from your most authentic self!
For me that reminder happened again recently while I was creating a Mojo Bag for a client. (Thank you Mother Nature for the bounty of endless gifts)
I took off the lid on a jar of Rosemary, caught a bit of his gorgeous fragrance and whoosh....my little heart actually exhaled; "Oh...there you are."
That is the energy and magic of Rosemary. It flings the door to your heart back open and reveals divine memory; the way back to the YOU that has always been YOU. (And it's really good for human memory too)
Rosemary is the sort of energetic ally that when you forget who you are or get lost in the opinions of well-meaning nay-sayers and you reach for this fragrant gift, he steps forward and quietly but confidently says; "here beautiful soul...let me show you the path to where you'll meet your Self again....just breathe."
This is the magic and blessing of Rosemary and everything else we find in the natural world.
All you ever have to do is be still and listen.
I find it deeply comforting to think that the Source of all things Who created you and me also created every tool and gift we could ever to find our way "home" when we get lost....and often they're right under our feet or in our own backyards. How incredible and Holy Cow...what if its true? (It's true)
I'm back to taking Mojo Bag and Mentoring clients here in Buchanan again! Please visit my website or message me if you'd like to learn more or schedule an appointment!
Wishing you bright blessings!
Heather

Hello lovely! Three years ago I took myself on a private retreat to Sedona. I spent 6 days immersed in very intentional heart and soul opening experiences across several modalities with many wonderful guides. On the second day of my retreat one of my guides was a gentle Elder named Bear.
I would not be over-stating it to say that over the course of a few hours spent with him doing a lot of walking, listening and talking, I was re-introduced to a version of myself that I thought had disappeared many years ago.
That sort of loving awareness has a way of calling the Spirit home and revealing tiny Sparks that once they are illuminated become patient seeds of inspired possibility.
In the last few years since that retreat, regardless of what path I was walking, I've carried the seed that was planted in Sedona close to my heart. I had a deep knowing that when it was time, that little seed would grow into the intention that has been revealed to me on that profoundly heart-opening and rock filled walk three years ago.
The path was made clear.
The trick was getting out of my own way long enough to follow it.
The heart knows the way home.
It only wants you to know love and joy.
When you veer off course it has a subtle (and sometimes "subtle" like a sledgehammer) way of gently guiding you back to center.
You may take many different paths throughout the course of your beautiful human adventure. They may lead you further away from your truth or plant you firm in the middle of it.
Your job is to listen.
Recognize what has been trying to get your attention. Re-member.
Feel into every twist, turn and journey along the way.
The breadcrumbs may show up as whispers barely audible to the human ear but they are unmistakable to your heart.
She knows the way home.
Listen.
Wishing you a heart wide open.
Bright blessings,
Heather
