Hello lovely! Three years ago I took myself on a private retreat to Sedona. I spent 6 days immersed in very intentional heart and soul opening experiences across several modalities with many wonderful guides. On the second day of my retreat one of my guides was a gentle Elder named Bear.
I would not be over-stating it to say that over the course of a few hours spent with him doing a lot of walking, listening and talking, I was re-introduced to a version of myself that I thought had disappeared many years ago.
That sort of loving awareness has a way of calling the Spirit home and revealing tiny Sparks that once they are illuminated become patient seeds of inspired possibility.
In the last few years since that retreat, regardless of what path I was walking, I've carried the seed that was planted in Sedona close to my heart. I had a deep knowing that when it was time, that little seed would grow into the intention that has been revealed to me on that profoundly heart-opening and rock filled walk three years ago.
The path was made clear.
The trick was getting out of my own way long enough to follow it.
The heart knows the way home.
It only wants you to know love and joy.
When you veer off course it has a subtle (and sometimes "subtle" like a sledgehammer) way of gently guiding you back to center.
You may take many different paths throughout the course of your beautiful human adventure. They may lead you further away from your truth or plant you firm in the middle of it.
Your job is to listen.
Recognize what has been trying to get your attention. Re-member.
Feel into every twist, turn and journey along the way.
The breadcrumbs may show up as whispers barely audible to the human ear but they are unmistakable to your heart.
She knows the way home.
Listen.
Wishing you a heart wide open.
Bright blessings,
Heather
