Real talk: it’s hard to keep up with the wax everywhere!
We all see those picture perfect workshops that are spotless and beautifully organized, and I’ll admit, sometimes I get a little envious.
But this? This is what my workshop looks like most days.
I absolutely love my space, I designed a lot of it to feel like a happy space not just a workshop. It gets messy. Wax ends up EVERYWHERE. Things pile up faster than I can put them away. And I’m learning to accept that sometimes a messy workshop just means I’m busy, and that’s something worth appreciating!
I set a goal for myself the last few weeks to make enough fall inventory that I could take two full weeks off from production.
And I did it 🎉
Nearly 1,000 candles poured, plus car diffusers, lotions, room sprays, and everything else that goes into a fall launch.
I hit the goal.
But I was left with… this!
So here’s your reminder that behind the pretty product photos, organized shelves, and finished candles, there’s usually a maker standing in a workshop covered in wax wondering how it got this bad.
And honestly, I wouldn’t trade it! Thank you all for keeping me busy and the piles of wax and boxes!
