What an awesome evening at Chandler Street Breweries! So many fiber friends, old (remember when I was at ??) and new came out yesterday for an evening of sipping, stitching, and enjoying our community! Thank you so much to every single one of you who came out and those who couldn’t but let all their friends know I am SO GRATEFUL for you all! And another big shout out to for hosting us again FINALLY after a long hiatus from the CBW 7th street taproom days. I am sooo happy to be back! We all had so much fun and we can’t wait to be back month after month in such a beautiful space!!

Valentine’s Day was this weekend! As y’all have noticed I’m not the best at posting on the holidays. I find it hard to get on here when I’m enjoying time with friends and family!

I hate it here and I hate capitalism!
I hate that I have to promote my business in the middle of this s**t but I have yarn. I also hate that I can’t swear like a sailor like I want to or you wouldn’t see this post from me telling you I have red yarn for the Melt the Ice hat that created to protest this 🦆💩 I have Ma in stock on fi*****ng, DK, And worsted weight as well as on Suri.
I know so many people are donating proceeds from sales and honestly I really do wish I could but being a creator in this space let alone a Black one is hard and you guys know I’ll always keep it 💯 with you, I can only give so much back and at this point it’s just not there. If that’s a deal breaker this time it’s fine, I totally understand! But I do ask that if you’re going to buy red yarn PLEASE buy from another Black or POC indie dyer. I’ll be shipping as early as Monday. And as much as I’d love to stay in with my grief over the loss of my mother-in-law, she was a fierce advocate and honestly getting out of the house to send you fine folks protest yarn would make her proud. So here I am saying I can’t mf stand those fools and anyone who thinks he “deserved it” or should have complied should try Jesus before stepping into my comments. My patience is thinner than MAGAs loyalty to their Christian values right now I really am not the one.

Today is the last game at our beloved Ralph Stadium. So as promised I’ve posted two sets! A funky tweed with blue and brown and your classic red white and blue for our all America city! Which honestly just sounds weird to say with the current state of the union… at any rate there’s ONE ☝🏾 of each of these. I believe I have more potential bills sets, so comment below if I should list the remaining combos!

I’ll miss visiting the stadium for games, concerts and other events. I’ve also included some archived photos of me enjoying entirely too much beer at our usual pregame spots. I hope everyone who has the opportunity to go today enjoys it double for me! Have fun and stay warm out there!!
