Here is an unreleased image of the Downtown Buffalo Stadium. This was done over the course of 48 hours in an effort to keep the ball rolling once the Common Council supported a resolution stating the City wants, and will support, a Downtown Stadium. We took a number of past projects we worked on (2nd place design for Webster Block and 201 Ellicott Parking Garage) and manipulated them to fit the site. It was a busy 48 hours to say the least. Please note: This is only a representation and not a design proposal. We felt it was important to have a visual to help the public visualize a stadium in an underserved area of downtown. The spin-off investment in the city would be immense including extending the light rail down South Park Ave and potentially to Larkinville.
