Pizza Crust- Sourdough Discard - Parbaked- Frozen
The cleanest and easiest home made pizza. Prep a few in advance and stock your freezer for a play date or simple dinner on the fly. Have fun with the toppings.

To make crust (2 pizzas)- measurements in grams.
400 g water
400 g bread flour
180 g sourdough discard
6 g yeast
30 g olive oil
24 g granulated sugar
2 tsp salt

Knead 5 min. Let rise about 60 mins or doubles in size. Divide and roll out to about 12” diameter. Pierce throughout w fork and place in preheated oven (or pizza stone) for about 12 mins at 500 degrees.
Let cool on rack before wrapping and freezing.

On the day… any day in the future. Pull out frozen pizza from your freezer. Add sauce (yes, jarred red sauce works) Add your choice of shredded cheese (with any additional toppings). Put directly on rack (or preheated pizza stone) for about 10 mins. Let cool and enjoy!
