This project reimagines a beautifully preserved historic building through a thoughtful combination of adaptive reuse, restoration, and modernization.
The interior remodel and exterior preservation were completed in multiple phases. The first-floor bakery was transformed into an apparel retail space, while the second and third floors were remodeled for residential use.

An elevator and stairs were added to provide access from the first floor to the renovated rooftop patio, while the historic exterior façade along the main street was carefully restored.

The result is a renewed building that preserves its historic character while giving it a vibrant new purpose for the next generation.

Located on the fourth floor of Blegen Hall, this active-learning hub features an open layout, moveable furniture, and state-of-the-art equipment to support dynamic educational experiences.

With adaptable spaces, interactive technology, and immersive virtual reality capabilities, the GeoCommons transforms how people learn, research, and connect.

The renovation of Parkside Dental demonstrates how thoughtful design can enhance both the patient experience and day-to-day clinical operations.

Working within an existing office suite, the design maximizes efficiency while creating a welcoming environment for patients and staff. The renovated space includes five operatories, a dedicated sterilization area, a specialized CBCT imaging nook, a dental lab, and staff office spaces—all carefully planned to support seamless workflow.

Clean lines, modern finishes, and strategic pops of color contribute to an atmosphere that feels both professional and approachable.
