Vacant homes do not appeal to most buyers, so that is why home staging is so important. If you have a vacant home, we will visit the home and offer suggestions during the free consultation about the cost of staging. We can stage as many rooms as you want, keeping your budget in mind. Our inventory consi
sts of accessories, props and artwork to help show your home in its very best light. We use CORT, a quality furniture rental company for all large pieces. Our staging company is a wonderful service for making excellent first impressions, highlighting smooth traffic flows and creating warm welcoming feelings for buyers.
2. Home Staging Consultation
Staging is not decorating. In many cases it is “un-decorating” or “depersonalizing” a home so a buyer can visualize themselves living there. During our consultation we will go room-by-room with you, providing you with suggestions of what you can do to maximize your home’s appeal. This will include ideas for furniture and accessory placement, de-cluttering and depersonalizing, repair suggestions and addition or subtraction of color and accessories. This process usually takes between one and one-half to two hours. This is a great service for those who need expert advice, but want to do the tasks themselves.
3. Accessory Staging
If you want to incorporate additional items in staging your home, we will bring in the additional decorative items, which are rented on a monthly basis.
4. Full Staging Services with existing furniture
If you would like us to do the work for you, we will de-clutter and rearrange your furniture. We will also accessorize your rooms to make them as spacious, light and beautiful as possible to achieve the best sales impact.
5. Redesign Services
In this service we will re-decorate your home by using your existing pieces as well as recommending additions to further enhance your living spaces. This service is excellent for those who need advice on how to organize, place furniture, arrange accessories or just need help in finding perfect additions to any room.
6. Commercial Redesign
The appearance of your office speaks volumes to your clients and guests. We will assist you in giving your offices an updated look and feel, as well as making the work environment comfortable for your employees.
7. New Home Staging & Redesign
If you are moving, we can assist you in arranging your furniture and accessories to create a warm and inviting home.
8. Downsizing Staging and Redesign
If it is time to downsize and it seems like an overwhelming task, we will help you make this a smooth process. We will help you de-clutter, recommend which items would be best to keep for your new home and even help with the room arrangements.
9. Personal Shopping Services
If you cannot find time or do not like to shop, we will review your rooms with you to help you decide on what you need. We will shop for furniture or accessories, assist with artwork placement and even return items. Let us do the running for you.
