The start of a new chapter 🎀✂️

Last month, we had a great time celebrating Elementary School District 159 at Marya Yates for the ribbon cutting of their newly renovated media center!

The district dedicated the space to former educator, Darryl Henderson. Mr. Henderson taught for many years at Marya Yates and Colin Powell Middle School, so it was special to see so many former students and colleagues come together to celebrate the space in honor of him.

TRIA is proud to have helped reimagine Marya Yates Elementary School through a new Media Center, Esports space, Art Room, and two Early Childhood classrooms.

HEROES NEED SPACES TO SHINE ⚡

We were excited to join everyone from students to first responders today at Eisenhower Cooperative to celebrate the ribbon cutting of this special education addition to Spaulding school

From the outdoor playground and interactive sensory walls to colorful superhero inspired graphics, TRIA thoughtfully designed every element around the unique ways students learn and interact.

As architects and designers , we’re proud to help create spaces that go beyond function to inspire meaningful experiences and encourage exploration.

Congratulations to the entire Eisenhower school community and project team on bringing this vision to life! ✂️🎉

A look at what’s ahead. 🚧

We’re excited to share previews of a new maintenance facility currently in the Design Development phase for Will County’s Department of Transportation. The facility brings together functional, efficient spaces with a modern architectural aesthetic.

Let’s “Walk It”…

Imagine being able to walk through your future space before it’s built…

Thanks to Walk Your Plans Chicago Southland , we were able to take our clients from the Village of New Lenox, Illinois and New Lenox Community Park District through this immersive experience where our floor plans are projected at full scale on the floor! From Police sub-station layout, to Kitchen equipment, and even court striping… it is an absolute game changer in helping our client truly understand the scale and flow of the beautiful spaces we are creating.

We are very excited at what’s to come for the Village of New Lenox Fieldhouse!

We’re proud to have served as the Design Architects for the new Village of Hoffman Estates Government Concessions Project at Village Green!

The new concessions building enhances the Village Green / Outdoor Theater’s ability to host concerts, community events, and everyday patrons of the Hideaway Brew Garden

This new facility replaces the previous undersized building made out of shipping containers, creating a more functional space with a full kitchen and expanded serving options. The new concessions building makes it easier to serve guests and creates a better overall experience for everyone.

We’re excited to see the completed project in action and to have played a role in creating a facility that brings greater functionality and flexibility to the Village Green!

We're excited to see construction is set to begin on the Village of New Lenox Crossroads Fieldhouse! We're excited to see this vision start coming to life and create a space that will serve athletes, families, and the community for years to come.

What started as an internship three years ago has grown into an exciting new chapter, and we couldn't be happier to have her continue her journey with us.
