✨ A quick refinish with a BIG transformation! ✨

Unfortunately, I didn’t get any before photos of this one, but this beautiful hardwood floor had seen better days. It was badly faded and worn, with some minor water damage and a couple of pretty deep gouges.

We gave the entire floor a fresh sand, took care of the damaged areas, and finished it in ProCoat Dark Walnut. The result is a rich, warm color with a beautiful luster that brought the character of this floor right back to life — while giving it the protection it needs for years to come.

Sometimes you don’t need a new floor — you just need to bring the one you already have back to life. 👌

🔨 Another returning customer — more than a year later! There’s no better compliment than being called back when it’s time for the next project.

This time, we returned to extend the hardwood flooring into the kitchen and seamlessly mesh the new flooring into the existing floor. During the project, the homeowners also decided to add another room, where we repaired multiple areas of the existing hardwood and brought everything together for one consistent finished look.

The floors were originally finished with Rubio Monocoat USA Oil Plus 2C in Cortado, giving the wood that beautiful, deep rich brown tone while still allowing the natural grain and character to show through. 🤎

To finish things off, we applied Rubio Monocoat SheenPlus over the existing and newly completed areas, adding extra protection and a beautiful natural-looking sheen across the floor.

One of the biggest advantages of a quality hardwood floor is that it doesn’t have to be replaced every time your home changes. New areas can be added, damaged sections can be repaired, and existing floors can be refreshed — all while preserving the character of the original floor.

These original hardwood floors had years of history behind them — they just needed the right refinishing process to bring their beauty back out.

We completely refinished these floors and stained them in a beautiful Jacobean, giving the wood a rich, timeless tone that fits this historic home perfectly. 🤎

For the finish, we used ProCoat, a professional-grade hardwood floor finishing system designed to provide excellent durability while maintaining the natural beauty and character of the wood. The result is a smooth, beautiful finish that protects these floors while still allowing that classic hardwood look to shine through.

One of our favorite parts of refinishing older floors is seeing just how much character is hiding underneath decades of wear. You don’t always need a new floor — sometimes the original just needs to be brought back to life. 👌

🔨 Another wonderful returning customer! We love when our customers call us back for the next project!

We originally completed these hardwood floors a little over a year ago, and this time we returned to add hardwood to a bedroom and repair water damage caused by a leaking refrigerator.

And, of course, once the refrigerator was moved…the leak decided it wasn’t finished yet. 🤦‍♂️😂 The damaged area grew, but we were able to remove and repair everything affected and bring the floor back to life.

We installed the new hardwood, repaired the water-damaged areas, and finished everything with DuraSeal Silvered Grey and LOBA On Top to create a beautiful match with the existing floor. The goal with a repair like this is simple: when we’re finished, you shouldn’t be able to tell where the old floor ends and the new work begins. 👌

From dated to stunning. ✨

This red oak floor received a complete transformation using ProCoat Weathered Oak, along with refinishing of the stairs, handrails, newel posts, and archway to tie everything together.

Before and after of this beautiful cabin ! Customer wanted to get rid of the yellow and orange look of the aged oil based finish , we added Rubio Monocoat USA Cortado for a rich look and beautiful grain definition , added flush mount vents and filled knots with wood wise knot filler (black), then trowel filled the cracks and gaps with a species matched filler for a smooth result ! Topped off with sheen plus to add depth and more of a sheen !
