A fast turnaround to get this home ready for move-in! šŸ”

These floors had heavy wear, drum-sander chatter marks, deep gouges, water and pet spots, and edges that had been over-sanded. We gave them a fresh start with LOBA Easy Prime, Easy Finish, and a final coat of Easy Finish with Amberizer.

Brazilian Cherry completely transformed with DuraSeal True Black, followed by LOBA On Top, then Easy Finish Satin tinted with 1.5% black to push the color even deeper. Finished it all off with LOBA 2K Duo Extra Matte. šŸ–¤

āœØ A quick refinish with a BIG transformation! āœØ

Unfortunately, I didnā€™t get any before photos of this one, but this beautiful hardwood floor had seen better days. It was badly faded and worn, with some minor water damage and a couple of pretty deep gouges.

We gave the entire floor a fresh sand, took care of the damaged areas, and finished it in ProCoat Dark Walnut. The result is a rich, warm color with a beautiful luster that brought the character of this floor right back to life ā€” while giving it the protection it needs for years to come.

Sometimes you donā€™t need a new floor ā€” you just need to bring the one you already have back to life. šŸ‘Œ
