Bates Social Event Space is a beautiful space, right next door to us on the historic Butler Square!
✨ We Have Some Exciting News! ✨
Usually price changes mean things are going up… but not this time!
We’ve decided to remove our Wedding Package Pricing and simplify the way we book our space.
Previously, our wedding packages were:
• $1,000 for a 1-day wedding
• $1,250 for a 2-day wedding
• $1,500 for a full weekend (Friday–Sunday)
Now, we’re offering more flexibility and customization by charging our standard rental rate of $500 per day for weddings — just like any other event.
What does that mean for you?
✔ Need a few hours Sunday morning to clean up?
Book 4 additional hours for $250.
✔ Want to host your rehearsal Friday night and start decorating?
Add 4 hours, 6 hours, or even a full additional day at our standard rate.
This change allows you to book exactly the time you need — no more, no less. Our goal is to simplify the process by offering three straightforward rental options that work for any occasion while making weddings more customizable and often more affordable.
Now for one small piece of not-so-great news:
🧊 Our ice machine is officially out of commission.
At this time, we don’t believe we’ll be replacing it, but we’re still exploring our next steps and will keep you updated.
