Born and raised in Memphis TN, I fell in LOVE with making pottery when I was 16 and my life has never been the same!

Located on the property of "Mallard's Croft Sporting Grounds"
Come visit my little oasis of creativity off of Byhalia Rd, to shop for small batch, handmade artwork, and we have monthly classes at the pottery wheel for beginners, and intermediate artists! I started GeorgiaMud when I was 18 and now I get to live my dream making pottery and teaching classes! I have my Bachelors in Studio Art from The University of Arkansas, where I learned all the ins and outs of ceramics!

To me, there is a small and satisfying joy that comes with the small trinkets you pick up as you check out at an art shop, boutique, or even stickers at your favorite coffee counter. These are those staples for GeorgiaMud. I love a small spoon rest for my special coffee spoon, or a ring dish next to my sink to keep my precious wedding bands safe!

Less than 2 weeks until the GeorgiaMud Pop-up and send off party!!! Don’t get it twisted, there WILL be lots of pottery for sale, as well as an open studio to see everything GeorgiaMud has going on all the time! STUDIO SEND OFF - May 8th! It’s a PARTY! Come visit the studio before I take maternity leave:) We will have snacks, refreshments, and LOTS of pottery! Celebrate this new child with us, and enjoy a night at the studio before we take a break for a little while 🩵💙

Another amazing group of classes has come to an end.
ATTENTION🚨 LAST CHANCE Class Schedule is posted NOW! After this month I will be close to delivering this baby boy, and maternity leave will begin! In case you’ve been curious, the 6 week teapot class was a HUGE success and I can’t wait to have it on REPEAT! Amazing things were created, many lessons learned, and it was just too fun!

Beautiful pieces lying in wait for their finishing touches! I am so sorry to change the date and time of the pottery Christmas pop up! But we have to roll with the punches sometimes, and constant sickness just doesn’t help productivity. The pottery will be still be ready before Christmas please stay tuned for the updates:)
