Architecture in a space, is my thing…

Designing something fun right now for a Clayton Penthouse. This is just the main living space and Not sure why I hesitated on learning Sketch Up for so long, but now there is no turning back.

The learning curve is infinite and so is the design capabilities.

I’m working on learning how to make the images look as realistic as possible and learning to use the actual materials available for the real build of projects but, not quite there, just yet.

With my quick ideas on combos of where to paint colors, look at what Steph did on her own from the combos. She developed the confidence to pick and choose what was BEST for her.

This is what I love about Designing. No true right or wrong way. Just “your way”. After all, in most cases it is nice to have outside perspective that can help guide the path to your own vision.

Yes, Something as simple as garage door hardware can really help curb appeal and design to a home.

With the amount of magnetic options that look like the real deal, you can feel confident to play with Clevo’s (the little round button/stud look), dummy hinges/brackets and even handles.

They are cheap too! You can have fun playing with combos and if you get tired of the look you can simply take them down….

A client was in need of some renovation ideas for their “owner suite bath”. The goal was to add more closet space while keeping it open, a private loo room and an oversized walk-in shower. . We used the hall baths tub space for more room in the OSB and a smaller walk-in shower.

A new home architectural design concept planning for a 2 horse stable connected to the home.

This custom house plan has a 4 fireplace option with the first in the entry(that is a gas fireplace with glass opening from the entry to the dining room). The second is also double-sided from the family room to the stair hallway.

The third is in the horse stable entry, for some killer ambiance when you want to have late-night bonding(think beautiful chandelier hanging overhead, rustic wood paneling on walls and ceilings, and wall sconces for a perfect cozy home for your beloved pets), and then lastly in the owner's suite.
This is when equestrian life really meets in the middle with luxury life.
