🎄 A little sourcing adventure… with a side of supper club! ❤️

Yesterday we headed up to Wisconsin to spend the morning sourcing for Route 2 Relics. And while the sourcing was a bit of a bust 😂, we did come home with this beautiful box of vintage Christmas ornaments, so I’m calling it a win!

Some of these beauties will be making their way into the shop, while a couple have already been claimed for one of my aluminum Christmas trees. 🎄✨

And speaking of Wisconsin… we also had dinner at Ishnala, which has quickly become our favorite supper club so far! The setting is absolutely beautiful, and it really is an experience. If you ever get the chance to go, I highly recommend it! Go early for the shortest wait—and enjoy the beautiful surroundings while you’re there. ❤️

🛍️ Come unpack an estate sale haul with me! 👀

You never quite know what you're going to find at an estate sale… and this one had some fun little treasures! ❤️

A great vintage basket, a few random goodies, and of course I couldn't pass up the vintage Christmas ornaments and vintage tinsel still tucked away in the box! 🎄✨

There's just something about opening a box of old Christmas decorations and wondering where they've been all these years. ❤️

Now the fun part… figuring out what gets a little love and finds its way onto the shelves at Route 2 Relics!

🎄 A little Christmas is starting to sneak into Route 2 Relics! 🎄

We spent last weekend soaking up some much-needed time with our grandkids, who were home for a quick weekend visit. ❤️ As much as I loved having that family time, it's time to get the doors open again!

I'll be at Route 2 Relics this Sunday, August 30th, from 10am–3pm, and I've been having a little fun getting some vintage Christmas goodies ready for the shop!

These three crocheted trees are ones I made and they'll be available in the shop, along with some more vintage Christmas finds—including vintage Christmas sweaters! 🎄✨

I can't wait to start filling the shop with that cozy, nostalgic Christmas feeling. ❤️

🌿 A little roadside treasure hunting… with a Christmas plan! 🎄

This weekend I was out boating with a group of friends when my bestie spotted something she knew I would love — birch logs sitting at the curb with some branches and debris waiting for garbage pickup! 👀

Naturally, we swung by and rescued them. 😂

One of the logs was a little too long to fit, so my friend's husband came to the rescue with an axe and chopped it in half for me! 🪓🌳

Now I can't wait to use these in Route 2 Relics for Christmas decorating! 🎄✨ I have visions of these birch logs mixed in with all the vintage Christmas goodness that will soon be filling the shop.

And let's talk about the box they're sitting in! 😍 It's HUGE, wonderfully vintage, and that label is just too good. The box itself is available to go home with you!

I'm getting SO excited to start pulling out the vintage Christmas and transforming Route 2 Relics for the season. ❤️🎄

🎲 Vintage game haul! 🎲

I came home with a little stack of games for Route 2 Relics and I couldn’t wait to dig into them!
There’s just something about old board games that makes me want to stop and see what’s inside. ❤️

And wait until you see the inside of the Clue game… 👀

One little disclaimer: the Sorry! game is actually a newer game made to LOOK vintage — which I think is pretty fun, too!

The outdoor vintage finds are out and ready for a new home! 🪑✨

I honestly cannot believe this beautiful inlay table hasn’t already found someone to love it! It’s one of those pieces that deserves to be sitting in someone’s home, surrounded by all the things that make a house feel special. ❤️

There are also some great vintage outdoor pieces waiting for you—including chairs, a bench, a wicker rocker, and more!
