The mission of Joel Long Flooring is to provide excellent service in flooring installation from start to finish. My experience in flooring installation began in 1993 as a part time apprentice in my dad's flooring business. In 2002 I contracted commercial work in 5 grocery stores and lead 2-4 apprentices. In 2003 I lead a crew doing residential work (carpet, laminate, vinyl). In 2005 I began subcon

tracting for Lowe's and continued work there for 9 years leading a crew of 5-8 installers. Our customer satisfaction ratings were 93% or higher and were 100% in 2014 while working there.
