🎄 WE’RE HIRING! 🌶️

The holidays are coming, which means things are about to get a little extra spicy around here!

Idaho Spice Company is looking for 1–2 part-time seasonal team members to help us through the holiday season at our shop in Caldwell.

We’re looking for someone who is:
🌶️ Friendly and great with customers
🌶️ Reliable and ready to jump in
🌶️ Comfortable in a busy retail environment
🌶️ Willing to learn about spices, teas, and all the delicious things
🌶️ Available for flexible part-time hours through the holidays

Retail experience is great, but personality, reliability, and willingness to learn matter even more.

This is a seasonal position, but if we find the right fit, there may be an opportunity to stay on with us after the holidays!

📄 Interested? Send us your resume!
You can message us here, email your resume to [email protected], or stop by the shop and introduce yourself.

And if this doesn’t sound like you but you know someone who would be perfect for our little spice crew, please tag them or share this post!

You give your husband a performance review at the business he actually runs. 😂🌶️

Apparently being co-owner does NOT exempt you from constructive feedback.

Areas for improvement:
✔️ Less mansplaining
✔️ Shorter spice lectures
✔️ Accepting feedback from “management”
✔️ Remembering who is conducting the review 😏

Should we let him do MY performance review next? 👀
