Crafty Dragonfly Return Policy

Custom and Special orders: Custom orders, Special orders are NON RETURNABLE and NON REFUNDABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED once the Custom Order Agreement is signed.

Non Custom products: You must notify Crafty Dragonfly within 14 days of receipt. If the item contains personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, Crafty Dragonfly is not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival. Please contact us to discuss replacement/return options.

Any returns that do not qualify as product defects will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and buyer pays return shipping fees.
