Spots Open in Our Tuesday Night Yoga Class!

Looking for a yoga class that feels welcoming, relaxed, and completely judgment free? Our Tuesday evening slow flow class might be exactly what you’ve been needing. 🩷

This class is truly for EVERYONE, whether you’ve practiced yoga for years or have never stepped onto a mat before. No pressure, no expectations, just a supportive group of women showing up for themselves each week.

🧘‍♀️ Slow Flow Yoga
🕡 Tuesdays | 6:30–7:30 PM

If you’ve been curious about yoga but felt intimidated to try it, this is the class you don’t want to miss. We move at a slower pace, focus on feeling good in our bodies, and create space to relax both physically and mentally.

One of everyone’s favorite parts of class is our calming wind-down at the end, where we incorporate light body adjustments/massage-style relaxation to help release tension and leave you feeling grounded and refreshed. 🌱

Come give it a shot, you just might fall in love with it. 💕

Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session at the J.J. Hands Library in Lohrville, hosted by Intentions Studio! This class is open to all experience levels, whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you’ll feel right at home in this welcoming, non-judgmental class.

Yoga offers so many wonderful benefits for both body and mind:

✨ Builds strength and balance
✨ Encourages mindfulness and deep breathing
✨ Helps reduce stress and promote calm
