By the way, the land our store ,pictured here in Calvin ,that we are selling because we had to move back to Texas sit on is owned by LA Trails and is only $50 (fifty) a month to lease the land. it’s cheaper to lease it than pay any property tax from owning it way cheaper!!! it will be $50 a month because LA Trails wants it there so trail members can get refreshments ,lunch and buy their passes there. It will always be cheap and no one will make you move. Why anyone thinks it’s better to pay higher taxes over a $50 a month lease payment puzzels me. Besides if you ever move the building you won’t have to find a buyer for the land !!!Anyway it’s a sweet deal. Our sales were over $150,000 in the short time we were there and we did not even have the drive thru going or good signage. Lots of potential and comes will all the equipment. I hope someone takes advantage of it. Calvin needs that store. If it does not sell by summer I will be forced to have it moved to Texas. Anyone coming after will have to start over with Fire Marshall permits State etc. Anyway just an fyi. Have a great night and God Bless 🙂 Please share, let’s get this thing open again!
