To our valued Foodpreneur and Foodie Community:
For over a year, Four Eleven Kitchen has been a place where food entrepreneurs were supported, ideas were nurtured, and our community came together through food, learning, and opportunity.
For those who may be newer to our community, I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Amanda Kidd, and I serve as the Visionary, Founder, and Executive Director of Four Eleven Kitchen. With over 10 years of experience in the food and hospitality industry, I have dedicated my work to creating opportunities, building sustainable food businesses, and strengthening the communities we serve through food.
Over the past five years, I have worked closely alongside developers and community stakeholders to help bring the vision of a shared commercial kitchen space within the Packing House to life. By building relationships, cultivating partnerships, and contributing efforts that helped secure over $2.4 million in funding toward the kitchen’s development.
Since January, due to changes in kitchen scheduling, our access to our primary commercial kitchen space has been limited. This has impacted our ability to offer kitchen rentals, host classes, and programs as consistently as we have in the past.
While this season has been challenging, our commitment has not changed. We are actively working to rebuild, create new pathways, and continue serving our community in meaningful and sustainable ways.
If you’ve ever attended a class, supported our work, or believe in creating opportunities for food entrepreneurs, this is a moment to stand with us.
Your support is genuinely appreciated! Looking forward to seeing you in "The Kitchen".
