Golden Crab Shrimp Queso Tubes
Creamy, cheesy seafood-filled pasta tubes loaded with tender shrimp and crab, then baked until golden and bubbly. This restaurant-style dish combines rich queso flavor, delicate seafood, and a comforting cheesy finish that makes every bite irresistible.
Ingredients:
12 large manicotti or cannelloni tubes
1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
1 cup lump crab meat
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
½ tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 cup queso sauce or creamy cheese sauce
Instructions:
Cook pasta tubes according to package directions until slightly tender. Drain and cool.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Fold in chopped shrimp, crab meat, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
Carefully fill each pasta tube with the seafood queso mixture.
Place filled tubes in a greased baking dish and pour queso sauce over the top.
Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Tips:
Use fresh lump crab for the best flavor.
Do not overcook shrimp before baking to keep them tender.
Add a little lemon zest for a fresh seafood finish.
