Over the past several months, we’ve poured so much time, thought, and heart into choosing the inventory for our new store and building a space that truly feels like Olive Grove Gathering Co. 🤍

Our goal has always been about more than bringing you beautiful, high-end home décor and unique pieces. We want to fill our store with high-quality products from other American small businesses — people who are creating something with their own two hands, taking a chance on their dreams, and putting their heart into what they do.

And today, we were reminded exactly why that matters so much to us.

After placing an order with a new company for a very special corner of our store, that we think you and your little ones will adore, we were absolutely delighted when the company reached out to us to share their story. And then we discovered something even more special…

They’re local. Right here in Sherrill, NY. 🥹

What started as simply finding a beautiful product for our store turned into a connection with another small business right in our own backyard.

This is what it’s about.
Supporting one another.
Sharing stories.
Opening doors for each other.
Working hand in hand.
And creating something bigger than any one business could create alone.

We are so excited to bring you not only beautiful things, but the stories, craftsmanship, and small businesses behind them.

Because when you shop small, you’re not just buying a product. You’re becoming a small part of someone else’s dream. 🤍

And we can’t wait to introduce you to all of the amazing businesses and makers that will have a little piece of their story inside Olive Grove Gathering Co.

Unsure of how a home spun swap works?! Let’s break it down. First this isn’t just open to vendors, it’s open to everyone that loves to create, has a desire to make, and bake. We are creating a space where you come share your goods, and leave with new items to try and have! For instance if we have 10 people that sign up, and I bring 10 jars of homemade bug sprays, Sara brings 10 sourdough loafs of bread, Jane brings 10 jars of jam, Jen brings 10 jars of homemade vanilla, so on. We all leave with several new homemade goodies and hopefully some new friends!! So let hear what are you bringing and what do you hope to bring home?!

We are excited to announce that we will be hosting our very own Makers Mingle!!!
✨ HOME SPUN SWAP ✨
A gathering made for makers, bakers, growers, creators, and anyone who loves homemade goods.

How does it work you ask?! Bring something handmade and swap for something new-to-you — from baked goods and preserves to bath & body, home goods, crafts, textiles, garden items, and more. There is a $10 registration fee to secure your spot. We will max capacity at 12 guest, but if enough interest we will most definitely host another class!! This is a prefect opportunity to share your product, your passion, and connect with other makers!

There’s something special about sharing what we create and supporting one another in a simple, meaningful way. 🤍

A little over a year ago, a dream started stirring in my heart. This desire coupled with being homesick for Camden we began praying for place where we could grow community and our businesses. When we looked at K&S the first thing I said, dreaming and envisioning was think of the markets and events we could have here!! Today that dream came true. What a pleasure it was to collaborate with fellow crafters, businesses, dream chasers, creators, and entrepreneurs. The dream wasn’t just about a space for me, but a space where people support local, makers share their stories with the products they sell and love, people stop for conversation, friendships are formed,kids play outside with new friends, families feel welcome and want to come back. A vibe that feels like home. Today watching all of that unfold brought tears to my eyes. Thank you to everyone who showed up today and supported our vendors making today a success. It was a pleasure to host, and we can’t wait to do it again!!!

Let’s introduce our vendors for Saturday 6/13!!! We are so excited to partner with these amazing vendors!! Personally I cannot wait to shop all that they have to offer!!
We will also have a raffle that all those who attend the market can participate in, chalk for the kids, corn hole, and yard games. We will also have a cute market backdrop for you to pose with all your new goodies to post it on your socials!! Our hope is that you stop in shop, grab some delicious food, and coffee, have some good conversation, laugh, make memories, and come back again!!

This dreary weather has us wanting to remind you of something!! Did you know that our market is completely under cover?! All vendors will be protected from rain or shine (not that we are complaining about that ☀️)!! Allowing comfortable conditions for you to shop and enjoy our amazing vendors!
