With Christmas coming up I’ve been spending most of my time making presents for our family. I don’t want to spoil anyone’s surprise, but I am so excited about the gift I made our nephew that I have to show y’all!

This was my first time ever making anything like this. It isn’t perfect. Some pieces are a bit crooked, but I think it turned out great!

So far I’ve gotten to make baby blankets that are perfect for cuddling and tucking little ones into car seats and strollers. Last week a friend gave me a challenge without even knowing she did. She asked for a blanket her toddler nephew could use for bedtime, and I couldn’t wait to get started! Here is the finished product and my biggest blanket made to date! I am so excited to do some more so let me know if you’ve got a toddler in your life that needs a new bedtime blanket!

I absolutely loved making this blanket! The yarn is so thick and soft!
