I often use the word 'we' in my posts. On the road, we = Inglenook & me. At home, we can = Sarah & me, Mr. Inglenook & me, Sarah, Mr. Inglenook, & me or any other combination therein.

We are The Moore Family -- Sarah, Rich, and me, Amy (right to left). We are the faces behind Inglenook. Sarah manages everything at our workshop affectionately known as the Soap Barn. Rich is a proficient helper in all areas and a great handyman. On occasion, you may see Rich on the road with me during an event. Primarily, I am the face and voice for Inglenook. In-person events and responding to communications is my area, along with a zillion other responsibilities.

Inglenook is a family business located in Upstate South Carolina, Spartanburg County. Campobello has an approximate population of 800 people. We are tucked away on a 20-acre farm with one horse, Aragorn, and two cats, Gingy and Oliver.

We are honored and humbled to serve you for 16 years this November. Every candle, wax melt, soap, and accompanying products are made by our family with the greatest hope that you find pleasure in your Inglenook treats.

In November 2010, my friend, Kathy, sent me a care package of ingredients to make soap, accompanied with a shopping list of items I could purchase locally. In her care package, Kathy included a fragrance oil we call Cranberry Harvest. After gathering all of the needed ingredients, using a soap mold Rich built for me, I made our first soap loaf -- Cranberry Harvest.
This November, Inglenook is celebrating 16 of service. To honor this milestone, our family has made a batch of soap that started it all -- Cranberry Harvest.
This week you can find Cranberry Harvest soap and candles and many other Inglenook goodies in Columbia, SC. Details:
