✨ Basement, but make it the ultimate destination.

Conceptual renderings for a finished basement designed to seamlessly connect indoor living with the pool area outside. From everyday lounging to game nights and movie marathons, every space was designed with entertaining in mind.

🎬 The Movie Theater — A fully color-drenched retreat complete with comfortable theater seating, a dedicated snack bar for popcorn + candy, and a beverage station for the ultimate movie-night setup.

🍸 The Kitchen — A garage-style pass-through window makes it easy to send drinks, snacks, and poolside bites straight outside.

🎱 The Gathering Room — A relaxed space with a sectional, lounge chair, shuffleboard, and a cozy breakfast nook just off the kitchen.

Three spaces, one basement, and plenty of reasons to never leave. 🥂🎥

Preliminary concept coming to life ⭐️

For every project, we start by exploring design options that allow our clients to see the full potential of their space. From there, we collaborate, refiner, and fine-tune one direction that feels just right - functionally and aesthetically.

This kitchen + pantry project presented a unique design opportunity: working with a structural column located in the center of the kitchen. Instead of seeing it as a challenge, we approached it as a feature.

Great design isn’t just about how something’s looks, it’s about how it works!
