🍰 Knoxy’s Kitchen Is Back — and Sweeter Than Ever! 🧁

Hey friends! 💕

It’s been a little while since you’ve seen much baking coming out of Knoxy’s Kitchen, and I wanted to take a moment to share what’s been going on — and what’s ahead!

First, I want to thank everyone who has continued to follow, support, and check in during my quieter season here. The truth is, I had to take a step back due to some arm injuries that made baking difficult — much more difficult than I ever expected. I didn’t realize just how limited I’d become until even simple things, like flipping out my caramel rolls (ugh!), became impossible. That’s when I knew I needed to give my arm the time and care it deserved.

The good news? 🙌 There’s now a plan in place to fix and heal my arm as completely as possible, and I’m beyond excited to say that I’m finally getting back into baking! That means more cupcakes, cookies, cakes, and of course — caramel rolls — along with all the creative passion that started Knoxy’s Kitchen in the first place.

From here on out, this page will be going back to its roots — focusing solely on my baking business and recipes. 🍪🍰 This is where I’ll share my latest baked creations, recipe inspiration, and behind-the-scenes moments from my kitchen.
