Small space. Serious function. ✨

Yes — we design, build AND furnish ADUs & Airbnb spaces.

This one-bedroom ADU may be modest in size, but we designed it to function like a full-size home:

✨ Full kitchen with an incredible amount of storage
✨ Pocket doors that save valuable floor space
✨ In-unit washer & dryer
✨ Plenty of storage for longer stays
✨ A full bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower

Currently furnished as an Airbnb, but the same space could easily become a guest house, in-law suite, private space for a teenager, or a comfortable home for a family member.

Because small doesn't have to mean basic. 🤍

Designed. Built. Furnished.

Another successful kitchen collaboration with LA Housefix! ✨

Believe it or not, these are prefab cabinets — but when you have someone like Andras from LA Housefix installing them, the final result can look completely custom.

Andras used his carpentry skills to reconfigure the cabinets and toe kicks so this reverse L-shape layout could actually work. And look at the scribing at the edges — that’s the kind of detail that makes a kitchen feel finished and high-end.

When you have colored cabinets against white walls, you can’t just rely on caulking. The cabinets need to be properly scribed to the wall so the edges look clean, precise, and custom.

Small details make a big difference. 👏

A kitchen isn’t just one space- it’s a whole journey. Chef’s zone > Prep zone >Kitchen in motion> Dining. Designed to flow. Built to live in.

Throwback to a model residence I styled about 8 years ago — bold choices, thoughtful details, and spaces designed to breathe.
Still love this process.
Job done. Hair not so much 😄

From crisp fall to festive glow ✨

This North Carolina porch was ready for a little seasonal love. Same layout — now refreshed with cozy layers, festive lighting, and my favorite detail: star-patterned ceramic tile from Wayfair that adds just the right sparkle underfoot.

Curious about the tile? You can find it here:

✨ Small Bathroom, Big Upgrade

This guest bathroom had an awkward layout and outdated finishes — but it had potential. I reimagined the space with a smarter floorplan and a fresh, modern feel:

✔️ Swapped the toilet and sink for better flow
✔️ Replaced the tub with a walk-in shower
✔️ Added a natural rattan + wood vanity with brass fixtures
✔️ Mounted a mirror over the window
✔️ Brightened it all up with white walls + patterned tile

The result? A space that feels bigger, brighter, and finally makes sense.

💬 Would you ever guess this was the same bathroom?

✨ A vintage kitchen, reimagined.

Over a decade ago, I snapped a photo of this kitchen — a tired, awkward space that had clearly seen better days. It wasn’t pretty, but it had potential.

Fast forward to today: I reimagined it with warm oak cabinetry, wide plank oak floors, and a crisp island wrapped in white quartz with soft grey and black veining. The transformation is clean, grounded, and timeless.

See the “before” and “after” — and let me know:
Would you cook here? What would you have done differently?
