So thankful for simple moments like this. Mom got up today excited knowing we would attempt a trip to East Texas Pickin's to get her spot together. Counting our blessings!

Getting some happy therapy in for the day and enjoying the positive vibes at East Texas Pickin's. First Monday in Canton strikes again this weekend. Y'all have a blessed night!

This morning, May 3rd, my father-in-love passed away. Thank you for all the thoughts and prayers.

UPDATE: Thank you for your thoughts and prayers. Jim's condition has taken a turn for the better and making small improvements. All in God's time.

If you believe in coincidences, fate, magic, luck or God, it happened for me. Walking into a heart hospital to hear the announcement from the overhead speakers stating a specific room number you are headed to is in need of critical help, you pray and prepare. About 25 excellent medical staff were in the trenches caring for our loved one. When the chaplain walked in the room, mood quickly shifted. Please pray for my sweet father-in-love, Jim.

Quick Saturday drive with my folks so they could witness the local tradition of seeing the Texas Bluebonnets in Ennis. Stopped for a bite!
