It’s getting close again. She is due in June. The last (2)I think have been June 29th. But this year it’s a new bull she is bred to. Y’all get ready to start getting your guesses in. Also the last 2 have been almost identical heifers.

Look what popped out of the kitchen today. It will be awhile before I get anymore Vanilla Extract better grab it while you can. All my extracts have 2 ingredients, simple
the way things are suppose to be made.

Another new recipe today Blackberry Honey (no sugar). Slightly tart but oh so good. I think this is one of my favorite Honey jams I’ve ever made. 2 pounds of blackberries didn’t go far. I only have four jars for sale. If you want some, let me know to hold it.

We have Cherry jam with a hint of vanilla. This one does not have a lot of sugar.
It is a new recipe and it’s didn’t make much. I only have 3 jars out of 2lbs of cherries.
$6 each and I will have it at the Hwy 19 Farmers market this weekend. Stop by and sample it.

Well, they’re right here in my kitchen. My first time to pickle peppers they’re a little tart little sweet very good. That would be great on burgers hotdog and salads actually as a snack. I didn’t make that many jars. So you better grab them quick.
