Hi friends! It’s been a little while, but I’m excited to officially reintroduce Whisk, Wander, and Continue. This page has always been about sharing good food, cozy moments, and the joy of baking—and now, I’m taking it a step further.

🍞🥐 I’m opening a home bakery for locals! From fresh breads and pastries to specialty cookies and seasonal treats, everything will be made with love, right from my kitchen.

🍓 Strawberry Dutch Baby (Save this recipe!)

✨ What you need:
• 4 tbsp butter (divided)
• 4 eggs
• 2/3 cup milk
• 3/4 cup ricotta (split)
• 2/3 cup flour
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 tsp salt
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 1/2 cup strawberries (sliced)
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1–2 tbsp powdered sugar
• Maple syrup (for serving)

✨ How to make it:
1. Heat oven to 450°F. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a cast-iron skillet while it preheats.
2. In a blender: eggs, milk, 1/4 cup ricotta, flour, vanilla, salt, lemon zest + 2 tbsp melted butter. Blend smooth.
3. Pour batter into hot skillet. Add strawberries on top. Bake 20–25 min until puffed & golden. (No peeking! 👀)
4. Whip: 1/2 cup ricotta + cream + powdered sugar until fluffy.
5. Serve Dutch Baby hot with whipped ricotta, maple, and extra zest. 🍓

Hey everyone,

I know I’ve been quiet about launching Whisk, Wander, and Continue, and I wanted to share why. Life threw an unexpected challenge my way—my daughter was severely ill, and as any parent knows, family always comes first. It’s been a tough road, but she’s a fighter, and we’re taking things one step at a time.

That being said, I haven’t forgotten about this dream. Cooking, creating, and sharing incredible flavors with you all is something I’m still so passionate about. While the start has been delayed, Whisk, Wander, and Continue is still very much in the works, and I can’t wait to finally bring it to life soon.

Thank you for your patience, support, and understanding—it truly means the world. Stay tuned, because the adventure is just beginning!
