Here is a fun installation we did yesterday. Customer wanted some Ledge Stone Installed on their outdoor kitchen after removing Travertine that was up. This came out amazing and I am grateful to be able to make their vision come true. Here is another recent installation of Coretec Vinyl plank! House had just been closed on and My Customers had picked out their flooring. They had to go back up North so, we measured and installed their new floors while they are away. Materials were purchased over the phone. We pick up all materials, haul all take up and remove all trash. Now, when they come back home, their house is ready with no construction going on. 239 878 0590 if we can be of any service

Here is an installation we recently did in a condo here in Fort Myers. Had a problem with the Subfloor so, we reattached the old and put a 5/8 extra layer on top. Subfloor now is solid with no squeaks or movement. We also installed new baseboards as well as a set of stairs. Everything came out great and this installation will last them forever. 239 878 0590 if we can be of any service!

Here's a recent installation on Water Resistant Laminate Flooring. House had an Extreme Moisture Problem. After doing multiple Calcium Chloride Tests it was determined that this concrete substrate needed to be sealed. We started with grinding all the concrete and thinset. We then Fully prepped with floor with almost 3k Lbs of Floor Mud to bring it up to Industry Specifications.

Concrete then was throughly sealed with Bosticks Mvp. A 6 Mil V***r Barrier was laid and all New Floor was laid. The previous floor had failed as the installer did no prep, moisture testing, or even a 6 Mil V***r Barrier. Exsisting Baseboard was reused. This house took longer than expected but, we did everything correctly so, not only will this floor last forever but, The Homeowners now have Peace Of Mind.

We also did a Penny Tile Bathroom. It was a fun installation!

We were called with a major problem. The doors installed had a problem with the reveal on the bottom plate. Reveal went from almost an inch to nothing on one side. After straightening the reveal with 12 foot Floating Screed, we did one solid pour across the room. Feather Finished all the edges and did a final skim coat with Ardex Feather Finish. Almost 900 lbs of mud later and 12 hours of floor prep, The Slab is ready to be Ground Down for The Epoxy Company coming in. Prep is part of our service. Sometimes , we get calls for repairs. This one was urgent. This set of stairs were dangerous. The previous installation from a known Handyman was a mess. Risers too long. Stairnosing not glued. Some just nailed or partially glued. A few of the risers were attached by only 2 nails. We removed and discarded the original stairnose. Cut all the risers down so the steps sat flat. Cut all new Stairnosing and attached all with a Loctite Premium Adhesive. No reason to save a few dollars on anything! Steps are now in spec as well as safe to use! We are a full service company from Demo, Remodel, New Construction. We also prep all our own floors and Stairs. Sales, Repairs, Installation and also flooring inspections. Here is a recent installation of Vinyl Plank We did. Was contacted that customers were planning to buy a house in Cape Coral. We arrived the day they closed to get all measurements. Part of the installation was going to go over exsisting tile and the bedrooms were to go over Terrazzo. We prepped all the tile according to industry Standards. Took a few Moisture Readings throughout the house. Put down a 6 mil V***r barrier. The installation came out beautiful! Floors that their family will enjoy for many years!
