-red, white, and blue tinted vanilla cake
-whipped buttercream and firework sprinkles

S’mores
-chocolate cake with graham cracker bottom layer
-marshmallow buttercream topped with graham cracker crumbs, chocolate drizzle and a toasted mini marshmallow

Yesterday was the Big 4-0 birthday for…. ME! Made myself some Blue Hawaiian boozy cupcakes based on ingredients in my favorite blue drink. 💩emoji cupcakes (who tried to escape their container and failed) for non-boozy option at my birthday dinner.

Vanilla-almond funfetti cake topped with chocolate buttercream and candy 👀

Blue Hawaiian
Pineapple-Coconut infused vanilla cake with pineapple and maraschino cherries at the bottom, drizzle with Malibu rum and blue Curaçao. Topped with boozy Malibu rum and blue Curaçao frosting and a drunken pineapple soaked gummy bear on a peach ring floaty.

Recent birthday order for a former and current student. They originally wanted ”just vanilla and chocolate.” So we collaborated and this is what a soon to be 8 year old, 10 year old, and I came up with. 😉

Triple Dark Chocolate:
Dark Chocolate cupcake,
filled with dark chocolate mousse,
topped with dark chocolate buttercream frosting and an marshmallow fondant Avocado with a Lindor chocolate “pit.”

White Chocolate Watermelon Sugar:
White Chocolate tinted pink cupcake,
filled with white chocolate watermelon mousse and mini chocolate chips,
topped with green swirled white chocolate buttercream and watermelon sugar syrup
