We’re still rolling full steam ahead this week with Athena Property Services, and Tony and his crew have been knocking it out of the park.

Yesterday they laid brand‑new carpet and pad in one of Athena’s rental homes on the north end of Cape — beautiful neighborhood, three bedrooms and two baths upstairs all refreshed and looking sharp. Today the guys are heading into the basement, where a huge living room, two more bedrooms, and a full bath are getting upgraded with vinyl plank that was special‑ordered just for this project.
