They did an excellent job on a concrete floor that was ... less than ideal. They leveled a lot more places than anticipated and still charged us the original quoted price. They patiently answered all our questions and concerns. We are so pleased with our new floor that we have scheduled them to come back to do another room.

Good evening!! Just wanted to let everyone know I had some surgery today… if you stopped, that is why I wasn’t there…. I know there wasn’t a sign, yesterday’s weather messed up the plan to get one up. I’m so sorry for any inconvenience. I will be off tomorrow also to let my body recover a little. We are hoping this does not affect us too much but something for you to be aware of... Unfortunately, this makes us the bearer of bad news to our customers and puts us in a terrible position at times. We will do everything we can to sell products that are made in the US to try and avoid delays. There is never a job that we do not want to complete, there are just some things that are out of our control. We appreciate you being patient and understanding if this should happen to you.
