My new .foods 5-ingredient eggroll in a bowl recipe seems to be going a little viral. It’s always exciting when this happens. Keep the recipe link requests coming and go to spicekick.com for the recipe. I’ve literally eaten it 8 different times over the last few weeks and still am not sick of it.😂

This Egg Roll in a Bowl never misses!! Try out our take on this trending dish seasoned with our Spicekick Lettuce Wrap Seasoning packet! All the flavor of an egg roll but in a bowl, perfect to add to your weeknight dinner rotation.

Ready in 15 minutes with 5 simple ingredients

Recipe
1 tablespoon cooking oil, like avocado oil
1 pound ground chicken
2 1/2 cups shredded cabbage or 1 (12-oz) bag chopped Asian-style salad kit
1 packet Spicekick Lettuce Wrap Seasoning
1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar or lemon juice

1. Heat a large wok or soup pot over medium-high heat.
2. Add the oil.
3. Add the chicken in an even layer.
4. Brown for a couple minutes, then stir.
5. Push chicken to one side of the pan and add the cabbage.
6. Wilt for a couple minutes until tender.
7. Add the Spicekick packet, tamari or soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
8. Stir and reduce to medium heat.
9. Add 1/2 cup water.
10. Simmer until thickened, about 1 minute.

To serve: Sprinkle optional toppings. Serve with rice or noodles.
