A New Chapter Begins ✨

Every home has a story.
Our newest Transitions project is especially meaningful. We are honored to help a family prepare the forever home of their adult daughter as she begins an exciting new chapter of independent living.
This isn’t simply about selecting furniture, fabrics, or paint colors. It’s about creating a home that offers comfort, confidence, familiarity, and joy. A place that reflects who she is and supports the life she’s building.
Her new home is part of Crossbridge Point in Zionsville, an extraordinary community created through a partnership between Old Town Companies and ILADD (Independent Living for Adults with Developmental/Intellectual Disabilities). Designed to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independently while remaining connected through an inclusive neighborhood, Crossbridge Point is a powerful reminder that thoughtful communities can change lives.
At JB Designs, our Transitions service exists for moments just like this. Whether you’re downsizing, rightsizing, or helping a loved one begin a new chapter, we believe every transition deserves thoughtful design and a place that truly feels like home.

For this Zionsville Project, every detail was thoughtfully layered to create a bedroom that feels peaceful, personal, and timeless. Heirloom artwork, meaningful books, crisp linens, and collected accents come together to tell a story that’s uniquely theirs.

Sunlight is one of the most powerful design elements in any home.
The way morning light dances across a room, the warmth it brings to a favorite reading chair, and the sense of calm it creates can’t be purchased from a showroom. It simply has to be considered and celebrated.
When we design a space, we’re not just selecting furnishings and fabrics. We’re designing for how a room feels throughout the day, how it welcomes you home, and how it supports the moments that matter most.
This cozy corner reminds us that sometimes the most beautiful accessory is the light coming through the window.

April moved like a well-styled room reveal… one minute you’re fluffing pillows, the next you’re packing up a whole month.

But before we turn the page, a quick (and deserved) spotlight on Taste of Business with the Noblesville Chamber of Commerce.

Set against the backdrop of Riverview Health Stadium, the evening had everything: great energy, great conversations, and a lineup of food vendors that absolutely understood the assignment.

We loved meeting so many new faces at our booth and sharing more about our newest interior design service, Transitions… designed for life’s in-between moments that still deserve beautiful spaces.

Bonus joy: we were posted up next to Noblesville Main Street… and let’s just say, their table had personality. There may or may not be a couple of rubber ducks now living with us.

They’re gearing up for their annual Duck Race in downtown Noblesville, and if it’s anything like their booth energy, it’s going to be a good time.
