Designed for game days 🩵🏈

A love for UNC and bringing people together helped shape the Chapel Hill House. Just off the entry, the home bar was designed for easy entertaining, from pre-game drinks to gatherings on the patio.

Simply White cabinetry, tailored millwork, and Carolina blue details give a subtle nod to the homeowners’ alma mater.

10 Years, 10 Things I've Learned 💚

No. 5: Embrace Your Roots

My connection to design began long before this studio ever existed. Some of my earliest memories are visiting the Merchandise Mart with my father, Barry Lantz , where I was introduced to textiles, furniture, craftsmanship, and the details that make a space feel special.

Those early experiences shaped the way I see design and set a standard for beauty and quality that still guides me today. As the studio has grown and evolved, I’ve learned how important it is to stay connected to where it all began.

Your roots are part of your story. Embrace them, learn from them, and let them continue to shape where you’re going.

A laundry room with a little more personality 🩵

Soft blue cabinetry in Benjamin Moore’s Silver Marlin sets the tone, paired with paisley wallcovering, warm brass hardware, and classic hexagon tile. Thoughtful details bring color and character to this tucked-away corner of our Chapel Hill project.

A new project is taking us to The Hamptons 🤍

We’ve had the privilege of designing for these longtime clients over the years, which makes this next home especially exciting. We’re drawing from the ease of coastal living while creating something that feels timeless, collected, and entirely personal to them.

Soft blues and greens, warm neutrals, unexpected shapes, architectural details, and distinctive tile selections are beginning to shape the design direction.

Swipe for a look at what’s inspiring us, and stay tuned as we bring you along throughout the process!!
