A Little Weather Talk & An Update From Our Team ☀️🌧️
If you live in Pittsburgh, you already know our weather likes to keep us guessing. 😂 But this summer… it really decided to take things to another level!
Between the “too hot to safely work” days ☀️, the “it’s raining AGAIN” days 🌧️, and the days where we’re pretty sure Pittsburgh just forgot what season it was supposed to be, our crews have faced some challenging conditions this summer.
Unfortunately, all of that weather has created delays in our production and scheduling.
We want to be transparent with our customers because we know you’re waiting, and we know waiting isn’t easy. We sincerely apologize for the delays and any frustration they may have caused.
Please know that your project is a priority to us. Our team is working hard to get everyone scheduled and completed as quickly as we possibly can. At the same time, we take great pride in making sure every job is done properly, safely, and to the standard our customers expect from Prescott Roofing & Masonry. We never want to rush through a project just to get it checked off the list. We want to make sure the work is done right.
We also have to take the safety of our crews seriously. Roofing, siding, and masonry are demanding work, and there are days when the safest decision is simply not to put our team on a roof or job site.
We may not be able to control Pittsburgh’s weather (trust us, we wish we could! 😂), but we can control how we communicate with you and how hard we work to keep things moving.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued trust in Prescott Roofing & Masonry. We truly appreciate every one of our customers and are doing everything we can to get your projects completed safely, properly, and as quickly as possible. ❤️
