We are presently experiencing difficulties with Kim Becerra [in sac city], an individual whose actions have raised concerns. Her behavior has been deemed manipulative, and we would not tolerate such actions in our store. Currently, she is involved in a lawsuit with the builder, roofer, plumber, and electrician. She previously took us to court for not proceeding with her floor installation due to her refusal to settle the full payment, citing she had no intention of paying upon completion. Despite the color discrepancy of the pad in question, which she referred to as blue but we identified as purple, a recycled foam product with variable coloration, we emerged victorious in court both times. Now, she is attempting to damage our reputation on Facebook, her involvement with children should be concerning.
