✨ Today, we’re shining the spotlight on Marisse Nixon, General Manager of the Impact Property Solutions Austin branch. ✨

During her 11 years with Impact, Madi has experienced the company from several perspectives—starting as a Sales Representative, before moving into Business Development, and now leading the Austin team as General Manager. Her journey has given her a firsthand appreciation for the teamwork and adaptability that drive Impact forward.

Outside of work, Madi is passionate about giving back through WEE Rescue and CPATH Texas. She also enjoys traveling, discovering Austin’s newest restaurants, catching live music with her husband, and serving as a full-time butler to their three Shih Tzus. 🐾
