A message from Me today as we close the studio. I’ve had several questions and speculations.
No, I’m not selling the Kreations Business or name. No, I’m not endorsing and/or recommending anyone to “do what I do” simply because I have worked my tail off for the last decade to make a brand I am proud of and would not want anyone to think I can just hand it off or would hand off my knowledge of the ceramics industry. Sorry, that “knowledge” is pricey and highly coveted. I pretty much am a self taught, so my methods are to my standards and developed over the last decade+. It’s not easy, and it’s not something easily duplicated by someone just wanting to “take a stab at it”.
No, I am not franchising Kreations(yes, I was approached two seperate times regarding how to become one and I did not want to risk all the various factors) its way more than most people would even understand on a regular business structure.
And lastly, if I were to EVER sell altogether, it would be to this young lady right here, my Daughter…but she’s not willing to sacrifice her teen years(nor am I) to make that happen! But I’ll tell you what, if I ever want to gear back up and take it full force again, she would be a force to be reckoned with because she has seen the good, bad, ugly and amazing of owning a creative arts studio! She’s also SUPER talented and I feel like I have a little bit to do with that!😉
I DO plan to continue some things on my own schedule and pop-up locations and will keep you all up to date as long as you want to follow and keep connected. You can do that here on the page or make sure you are receiving our text perk club notifications. I will in fact be doing my highly anticipated “Christmas in July Clay Ornaments” in 2026 because I already have those designs laid out and they are as amazing as every year past! 😍
KREATIONS has been a great honor to provide for the community, and I am proud of the work myself and my staff have done over the years. It’s not goodbye, it is just a see you later!
