Psalm 22 - The Cross
I've wanted to do a cross since I started doing Christian Word Art, but I just wasn't sure what scripture I wanted to put with it. When I thought of Psalm 22, I knew it was right! The beginning of Psalm 22 is "My God, My God, Why have You forsaken Me?" Sound familiar? Jesus quoted this verse when He was on the cross. In His time, there were no chapter divisions or verse divisions. So, to refer to a Psalm, they would quote the first line of the Psalm. So, in quoting the first verse of Psalm 22, Jesus was referring His Jewish audience to Psalm 22! The whole Psalm is Messianic. It describes the crucifixion well!

When you get 1800 cards printed all at the same time....

There was a major sale.
These have been sitting in my office since December waiting to be folded.
I would guess that I've folded around 1200 cards in the last two days.
My fingers and wrists are incredibly sore!
