Crack Burger recipe

* 1 pound ground beef
* 1 large egg
* 3 tablespoons sour cream
* 3 tablespoons ranch dressing powder
* 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
* 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

Directions
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with your hands to combine (I use rubber gloves)
2. Form mixture into 4 equal patties.
3. Heat a pan to medium high, add a tablespoon or two of olive oil and cook until they're done.
