✨ Our Ordering & Buying Process ✨
We appreciate every order and want to make the process as smooth as possible! Here’s how it works:
🔹 New Customers
Full payment is due at the time of ordering unless the order is over $50—in that case, only the standard deposit is required.
🔹 Custom Orders
All custom pieces require a deposit at the time of ordering. This helps us secure materials and start designing your project right away. Please note: No design changes once production has started.
🔹 Orders Over $50
Any order totaling over $50 will also require a deposit to be placed on our schedule.
🔹 Payments
We accept credit/debit cards, as well as Zelle or Venmo for local transactions. All online orders are processed through credit or debit card only. This is to protect both of our information.
🔹 Final Payment
Payment for the remaining balance is due upon completion. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup, local delivery, or shipping, at which point the final invoice will be issued. We accept credit/debit cards, as well as Zelle or Venmo for local transactions.
🔹 Why Deposits?
Deposits reserve your spot on our build schedule and go toward materials ordered just for you. Please note: if an order is canceled after production has started, the deposit will not be refunded.
🔷Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship U.S. only (certain items) and offer local delivery. Shipping fees are not included and will be calculated and added to your final invoice.
