My name is Serena Meyer. I am a mother of two. My daughter, Brooklyn, is 8 and my son, Tallen, is 6. I have been married to my incredible husband, Ryan Meyer for 10 years. Originally from Arizona, I moved up to Casper, WY 18 years ago and the rest is history. My husband and I run a music store (Rockstar Music Store) and a flooring installation company (Meyer Flooring). s encourage each other to follow our passions in life. Design has always been my passion since I was young. Interior design is not just picking out paint or cabinets or even a hobby for me. I was born into a very hardworking artistic family. My father is a Navajo (Native American) silversmith. My older brothers are freelance drawing artists and also amazing musicians. My aunts and uncles create pottery and beadwork and the list goes on. I was always taught to use my gift for something great and not take it lightly. I am very confident in my gift for designing and believe it's a gift you are born with. To me it is an art form I can share with the world. I have worked on many rental and construction projects with my husband for clients who have had small to big budgets. When it comes to a budget on a project, my goal is to always be below that budget. High or low! I have designed our personal music store front and continue to design our companies' logos, ads and websites. I love to custom build or re-purpose furniture for my clients. When it comes to color and patterns, I am not afraid. I think when you start to follow trends and the "do's and dont's" of what decorative magazines say to do, it puts a limit on being creative and starting your own trend. I am all about doing something different and starting your own trend in a modern way that reflects you. There are millions of amazing homes in the world, but there is just one you, a you who has your own style. Give me the opportunity to help you reflect that in your space!
