Sparkle Rush by Jess Welcome to my Sparkle Rush by Jess Etsy Shop! I am super excited to be opening this shop. I work on customized items. All items are sent USPS Priority Mail.

The current turnaround time is 1-2 weeks once payment has been processed and your design has been approved. Orders within UNITED STATES usually take 3-7 business days to arrive. Once the item is picked up by USPS shipping times are out of my control in the event of weather or holiday delays. If you need your order rushed please send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate. If an item i

s damaged during transit it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. A photograph of the damaged item and the shipping supplies must be sen as well for the purpose of the insurance refund. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. I will be glad to replace the item at no charge once all of the above has been submitted and the original item has been sent back to me. Refunds and Exchanges There are NO REFUNDS after the order is paid for. NO Exceptions. If there was an error on my end with customization I will be more than happy to replace the item at no additional charge. If the damage is due to USPS then we will file a claim.
